Logging food with OME Health app is quick and easy - you can choose one of the following ways to do it:
In the food log, press on the camera button and take a picture of your meal.
Log your food manually - simply start typing the food you want to log to see suggestions.
You can log multiple food items in the same meal, and combine different ways of logging as you do it. Simply tap on “add more” to add more items. When you’re done, tap on “Add to timeline”, and your meal will be logged.
